Co-payments/Co-Insurance
Progressive Physical Therapy offers convenient insurance pre-authorization and filing for our patients. Co-pays and Co-insurance is due at the end of each visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, ACH debits, American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.
Progressive Physical Therapy also offers six (6) month payment plans.
